What services does Franchise Intelligence provide to support franchisee recruitment?

The Franchise Intelligence approach covers all aspects of how franchisees should be recruited.  Our approach helps our clients adopt a process that is as effective as possible.

To begin with we make sure that we have all of the right components in place to share information with candidates. This will include creating a media plan, placing advertising and then getting enquiries.

We have a CRM system that helps manage enquiries in a systematic and effective manner. Next is a process of engagement, initally this is through a discovery meeting. Where you invite the candidate in to discover if they are right for your franchise and for the candidate to learn more about the franchise.

After the discovery day, we then go through the next stage which is due diligence. This stage where the candidate will start to do their homework, asking questions and getting further information from the franchisor.

We get to a point where a decision can be made and then once a decision has been made, there are key steps to go through with the candidate. These steps are to take them from making their decision to signing a franchise agreement ready to start training.
