What expectations will a franchisee have?
What expectations will your franchisees have when they join your franchise? You should understand that franchisees aren't entrepreneurs. Franchisees are people that have the ambition to work for themselves but want the reassurance and support from a franchisor. Their expectation will be that they will get a business in a box. They will expect you to train them and deliver to them the know how to replicate what you have done. The franchisee will expect that you will give them a decent training programme, advise them on how they should organise their business. Once they are in business, they will expect you to be accessible. So that if they have any problems they can get advice and guidance from you and your team. |
